Q: What is the price for Torque Drill?
The price is negotiable according to the quantity of the order.
Q: What about samples?
Sample lead time is 10 working days and sample charges are as follows:
1) For regular customers, we provide it completely free of charge.
2) For new customers, we charge a fee first and then refund it when the order is confirmed.
Q: What about the lead time on order?
It takes about 20 days after the order confirmed.
Q: What about packaging?
Use pallet, wooden case or with outer carton, or as customers' specific requirements.
Q: What about shipping?
We offer the following three shipping options with different lead times:
1) By Express: It takes 3-5 working days for home delivery, with DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, etc.
2) By Air: It takes 5-8 working days to your airport.
3) By Sea: It depends on the location of your destination port and the exact days will be confirmed by our forwarders.
